### sec.268 Minutes
The commission must keep—
minutes of its meetings; and
a record of any resolutions made under section 266 (6) .
Subsection (3) applies if a resolution is passed at a commission meeting by a majority of the commissioners present.
If asked by a commissioner who voted against the passing of the resolution, the commission must record in the minutes of the meeting that the commissioner voted against the resolution.
(sec.268-ssec.1) The commission must keep— minutes of its meetings; and a record of any resolutions made under section 266 (6) .
(sec.268-ssec.2) Subsection (3) applies if a resolution is passed at a commission meeting by a majority of the commissioners present.
(sec.268-ssec.3) If asked by a commissioner who voted against the passing of the resolution, the commission must record in the minutes of the meeting that the commissioner voted against the resolution.
