### sec.265 Presiding at meetings
The chairperson is to preside at all commission meetings at which the chairperson is present.
If the chairperson is absent from a commission meeting, the deputy chairperson is to preside at the meeting.
If both the chairperson and deputy chairperson are absent from a commission meeting, the commissioner chosen by the commissioners present is to preside at the meeting.

(sec.265-ssec.1) The chairperson is to preside at all commission meetings at which the chairperson is present.
(sec.265-ssec.2) If the chairperson is absent from a commission meeting, the deputy chairperson is to preside at the meeting.
(sec.265-ssec.3) If both the chairperson and deputy chairperson are absent from a commission meeting, the commissioner chosen by the commissioners present is to preside at the meeting.
