### sec.265 Presiding at meetings The chairperson is to preside at all commission meetings at which the chairperson is present. If the chairperson is absent from a commission meeting, the deputy chairperson is to preside at the meeting. If both the chairperson and deputy chairperson are absent from a commission meeting, the commissioner chosen by the commissioners present is to preside at the meeting. s 265 amd 2014 No. 21 s 57 ; 2016 No. 19 s 45 (1) (sec.265-ssec.1) The chairperson is to preside at all commission meetings at which the chairperson is present.
