### sec.263 Times and places of meetings Commission meetings are to be held at the times and places the chairperson decides. However, the chairperson must call a meeting if asked, in writing, to do so by the Minister or at least the number of commissioners forming a quorum for the commission. s 263 amd 2014 No. 21 s 94 (1) sch 1 ; 2016 No. 19 s 45 (1) (sec.263-ssec.1) Commission meetings are to be held at the times and places the chairperson decides.
