### sec.260D Tabling requirement The Minister must table the following documents in the Legislative Assembly for each proposal approved, or taken to be approved, by the relevant portfolio committee under this division— the committee’s report about the proposal under section 260C (2) , if any; a report setting out the Minister’s response to the proposal. The documents must not be tabled in the Legislative Assembly before the Minister’s response to the proposal has been implemented. The relevant portfolio committee’s report about the proposal under section 260C (2) must not be tabled in the Legislative Assembly other than as provided under subsections (1) and (2) .
