### sec.238F When chairperson’s pension becomes payable This section applies if a former chairperson is entitled to a pension under the Judges Pensions Act , as applying under this subdivision. The pension does not become payable until the former chairperson reaches 65 years of age. s 238F ins 2015 No. 2 s 47 amd 2016 No. 19 s 45 (1) – (2) (sec.238F-ssec.1) This section applies if a former chairperson is entitled to a pension under the Judges Pensions Act , as applying under this subdivision. (sec.238F-ssec.2) The pension does not become payable until the former chairperson reaches 65 years of age.
