### sec.238 Disclosure of interests
The commission must keep a register of each officer’s pecuniary interests and personal or political associations.
Each officer must give to the commission and the Minister—
as soon as practicable after the officer’s appointment—a written summary of the officer’s pecuniary interests and personal or political associations at the time of the officer’s appointment; and
within 30 days after any substantial change in the officer’s pecuniary interests or personal or political associations—notice of the change and an updated written summary of the officer’s pecuniary interests and personal or political associations.
The register kept under subsection (1) must be updated at least once during each 12 month period of an officer’s term of office.
In this section—
personal or political association , of an officer, means a personal or political association that might influence the officer in the discharge of the officer’s duties.
