### sec.224 Qualifications for appointment—chairperson and deputy chairperson A person is qualified for appointment as the chairperson or deputy chairperson if the person has served as, or is qualified for appointment as, a judge of— the Supreme Court of Queensland; or the Supreme Court of another State; or the High Court of Australia; or the Federal Court of Australia. s 224 amd 2014 No. 21 s 35 ; 2016 No. 19 s 45 (1) ; 2016 No. 19 s 45 (1) - (a) the Supreme Court of Queensland; or - (b) the Supreme Court of another State; or - (c) the High Court of Australia; or - (d) the Federal Court of Australia.
