### sec.216A Other improper complaints A person commits an offence if the person— makes a complaint to the commission— vexatiously; or not in good faith; or primarily for a mischievous purpose; or recklessly or maliciously; or counsels or procures another person to make a complaint to the commission as mentioned in paragraph (a) . Maximum penalty—85 penalty units or 1 year’s imprisonment.
