### sec.205ZZI Access to, or return of, documents and things If the Supreme Court orders a person under part 3 , division 3 to produce a document or thing to the commission and the document or thing was delivered to a registrar of the court under section 205ZZG or 205ZZK , the court must also make an order directing that the document or thing be given to the commission. If the Supreme Court orders the commission under part 3 , division 3 to withdraw a requirement in relation to a document or thing and the document or thing was delivered to a registrar of the court under section 205ZZG or 205ZZK , the court must also make an order directing that the document or thing be given to the person mentioned in the relevant section. s 205ZZI ins 2024 No. 41 s 32 (sec.205ZZI-ssec.1) If the Supreme Court orders a person under part 3 , division 3 to produce a document or thing to the commission and the document or thing was delivered to a registrar of the court under section 205ZZG or 205ZZK , the court must also make an order directing that the document or thing be given to the commission.
