### sec.205ZZF Commission officer to consider claim made under s 81A This section applies if the person claims privilege under section 81A (1) in relation to a requirement to produce a document or thing under a notice to produce. The commission officer who required the document or thing to be given must consider the claim and may— decide to withdraw the requirement in relation to which the claim is made; or decide not to withdraw the requirement and advise the person that the person may apply to, or be required to attend before, the Supreme Court to establish the claim under section 205ZZH . s 205ZZF ins 2024 No. 41 s 32 (sec.205ZZF-ssec.1) This section applies if the person claims privilege under section 81A (1) in relation to a requirement to produce a document or thing under a notice to produce.
