### sec.205ZX Access to, or return of, documents and things If the Supreme Court orders a person under part 3 , division 3 to produce a document or thing to the commission and the document or thing was delivered to a registrar of the Supreme Court under section 205ZZ , the court must also make an order directing that the document or thing be given to the commission. If the Supreme Court orders the commission under part 3 , division 3 to withdraw a requirement in relation to a document or thing and the document or thing was delivered to a registrar of the Supreme Court under section 205ZZ , the court must also make an order directing that the document or thing be given to the person mentioned in section 205ZZ (1) . s 205ZX ins 2024 No. 41 s 32 (sec.205ZX-ssec.1) If the Supreme Court orders a person under part 3 , division 3 to produce a document or thing to the commission and the document or thing was delivered to a registrar of the Supreme Court under section 205ZZ , the court must also make an order directing that the document or thing be given to the commission.
