### sec.205ZT Access to, or return of, documents and things This section applies if a document or thing was delivered to a registrar of the Supreme Court under section 205P or 205W . The Supreme Court must make an order directing that the document or thing be given to the commission if— the Supreme Court declines to grant leave to make an application under section 205ZH (2) in relation to the document or thing; or the Supreme Court orders a person under section 205ZI (9) (a) to produce the document or thing to the commission; or the Supreme Court orders a person under division 3 to produce the document or thing to the commission. If the Supreme Court orders the commission under section 205ZI (9) (b) or division 3 to withdraw a requirement in relation to the document or thing, the court must also make an order directing that the document or thing be given to the person. s 205ZT ins 2024 No. 41 s 32 (sec.205ZT-ssec.1) This section applies if a document or thing was delivered to a registrar of the Supreme Court under section 205P or 205W .
