### sec.205ZP Public interest immunity If the Supreme Court decides a claim on the ground of public interest immunity is established, the court must order the commission to withdraw the requirement to which the claim relates. If the Supreme Court decides a claim on the ground of public interest immunity is not established, the court must order the person to produce the document, thing or information or answer the question. s 205ZP ins 2024 No. 41 s 32 (sec.205ZP-ssec.1) If the Supreme Court decides a claim on the ground of public interest immunity is established, the court must order the commission to withdraw the requirement to which the claim relates.
