### sec.205ZE Self-incrimination privilege
If the deciding officer or presiding officer decides a claim on the ground of self-incrimination privilege is established, the person must comply with the requirement to which the claim relates.
See section 197 for a restriction on the use of an answer, document, thing or statement disclosed or produced where a claim of self-incrimination privilege in relation to the answer, document, thing or statement is established.
If the deciding officer or presiding officer decides a claim on the ground of self-incrimination privilege is not established, section 205ZG (2) applies.

(sec.205ZE-ssec.1) If the deciding officer or presiding officer decides a claim on the ground of self-incrimination privilege is established, the person must comply with the requirement to which the claim relates. (sec.205ZE-ssec.2) If the deciding officer or presiding officer decides a claim on the ground of self-incrimination privilege is not established, section 205ZG (2) applies.
