### sec.205ZA Parliamentary privilege
If the deciding officer or presiding officer decides a claim on the ground of parliamentary privilege is established, the officer must withdraw the requirement to which the claim relates.
If the deciding officer or presiding officer decides a claim on the ground of parliamentary privilege is not established, section 205ZG (2) applies.

(sec.205ZA-ssec.1) If the deciding officer or presiding officer decides a claim on the ground of parliamentary privilege is established, the officer must withdraw the requirement to which the claim relates.
(sec.205ZA-ssec.2) If the deciding officer or presiding officer decides a claim on the ground of parliamentary privilege is not established, section 205ZG (2) applies.
