### sec.205W Procedure for claims made in hearings
The presiding officer must require the person to seal the document or thing immediately and give it to the presiding officer for safekeeping.
The person must immediately seal the document or thing under the supervision of the presiding officer.
Maximum penalty—85 penalty units or 1 year’s imprisonment.
The commission’s representative and, if practicable, the person must immediately deliver the sealed document or thing to a registrar of the Supreme Court to be held in safe custody.
