### sec.205T Presiding officer declines to decide claim of reasonable excuse based on privilege If the presiding officer declines to decide a claim of reasonable excuse based on privilege, the officer must give the person— reasons for the decision; and a notice advising the person that the person may be required to attend before the Supreme Court under section 205ZK to establish the claim. s 205T ins 2024 No. 41 s 32 - (a) reasons for the decision; and - (b) a notice advising the person that the person may be required to attend before the Supreme Court under section 205ZK to establish the claim.
