### sec.205T Presiding officer declines to decide claim of reasonable excuse based on privilege
If the presiding officer declines to decide a claim of reasonable excuse based on privilege, the officer must give the person—
reasons for the decision; and
a notice advising the person that the person may be required to attend before the Supreme Court under section 205ZK to establish the claim.
