### sec.205K Application of subdivision This subdivision applies if— a person makes a claim of reasonable excuse in relation to a document or thing the person is required to give or produce to the commission, other than at a commission hearing; and the person acknowledges that the document or thing is in the person’s possession; and the commission officer who required the document or thing to be given decides not to withdraw the requirement under section 205G (1) (b) ; and section 205ZZC does not apply. s 205K ins 2024 No. 41 s 32 - (a) a person makes a claim of reasonable excuse in relation to a document or thing the person is required to give or produce to the commission, other than at a commission hearing; and - (b) the person acknowledges that the document or thing is in the person’s possession; and - (c) the commission officer who required the document or thing to be given decides not to withdraw the requirement under section 205G (1) (b) ; and - (d) section 205ZZC does not apply.
