### sec.205G Commission officer to consider claim
The commission officer who required the document, thing or information to be given must consider the claim and may—
decide to withdraw the requirement in relation to which the claim is made; or
decide not to withdraw the requirement and advise the person by notice—
that the claim will be dealt with under this part; and
that the person may make written submissions to the commission; and
the day by which the submissions must be made, which must be at least 7 days after the notice is given.
When considering the claim, the commission officer must not access the document, thing or information the subject of the claim.
