### sec.204 Allowances for witness
A person attending a commission hearing under an attendance notice, or otherwise as a witness at the request of the commission, is entitled to be paid the allowances and expenses that would be payable to the person if the person were appearing as a witness in a hearing before a Magistrates Court.
The allowances and expenses are payable by the commission.
