### sec.200 Conduct that is contempt and offence
If conduct of an offender is both contempt of the presiding officer conducting a commission hearing and an offence, the offender may be proceeded against for the contempt or for the offence, but the offender is not liable to be punished twice for the same conduct.
In this section—
offender means a person guilty, or alleged to be guilty, of contempt of the presiding officer conducting a commission hearing.
(sec.200-ssec.1) If conduct of an offender is both contempt of the presiding officer conducting a commission hearing and an offence, the offender may be proceeded against for the contempt or for the offence, but the offender is not liable to be punished twice for the same conduct.
(sec.200-ssec.2) In this section— offender means a person guilty, or alleged to be guilty, of contempt of the presiding officer conducting a commission hearing.
