### sec.183 Refusal to take oath
A person attending at a commission hearing to give sworn evidence must not fail to take an oath when required by the presiding officer.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units or 5 years imprisonment.
An offence against subsection (1) is a misdemeanour.
