### sec.18 Conspiracy or attempt to engage in conduct may be corrupt conduct A conspiracy or an attempt to engage in conduct is not excluded from being corrupt conduct if, had the conspiracy or attempt been brought to fruition by the taking of a further step, the further step could constitute or involve— an offence; or grounds for terminating a person’s services in a unit of public administration, if the person is or were the holder of an appointment in the unit. s 18 amd 2014 No. 21 s 94 (1) sch 1 - (a) an offence; or - (b) grounds for terminating a person’s services in a unit of public administration, if the person is or were the holder of an appointment in the unit.
