### sec.156 Report on covert search
A commission officer must give to the Supreme Court judge who issued the covert search warrant and a monitor a report containing information required under a regulation on the exercise of the powers under the warrant.
The report must be given to the judge and a monitor within 7 days after the warrant is executed or, if that is impracticable because of the unavailability of the judge, as soon as practicable after the warrant is executed.
The officer must, if practicable, also take before the judge anything seized under the warrant and any photograph taken during the search.
The judge may, in relation to a thing mentioned in subsection (3) , order that it—
be held by the commission until any proceeding in which the thing may be evidence ends; or
be dealt with in the way the judge orders.
