### sec.146ZM Particular qualifications Sections 146ZK and 146ZL do not apply to anything done by an authorised person if— a particular qualification is needed to do the thing; and the person does not have the qualification. Subsection (1) applies whether or not the authorised person has acquired, as evidence of an assumed identity, a document that indicates that the person has the qualification. s 146ZM ins 2006 No. 26 s 92 (sec.146ZM-ssec.1) Sections 146ZK and 146ZL do not apply to anything done by an authorised person if— a particular qualification is needed to do the thing; and the person does not have the qualification.
