### sec.146ZA Destruction of birth certificate created under s 146Z
This section applies in relation to a birth certificate created under a birth certificate approval (a created birth certificate ).
As soon as practicable after the authority for an assumed identity to which the created birth certificate relates is cancelled, the chairperson—
must cause the created birth certificate to be destroyed; and
must notify the registrar-general that the created birth certificate is no longer being used and has been destroyed.

(sec.146ZA-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a birth certificate created under a birth certificate approval (a created birth certificate ).
(sec.146ZA-ssec.2) As soon as practicable after the authority for an assumed identity to which the created birth certificate relates is cancelled, the chairperson— must cause the created birth certificate to be destroyed; and must notify the registrar-general that the created birth certificate is no longer being used and has been destroyed.
