### sec.119M Contravention of suspension order A financial institution that has been given notice of a suspension order must not knowingly— contravene the order; or provide false or misleading information in purported compliance with the order. Maximum penalty—1,000 penalty units. s 119M ins 2002 No. 68 s 296 - (a) contravene the order; or - (b) provide false or misleading information in purported compliance with the order.
