### sec.115 Disposal of seized things at end of proceeding
At the end of a proceeding, a court may make any of the following orders in relation to a thing seized—
an order for the return, forfeiture, destruction or disposal of the thing;
an order that the thing be dealt with by way of a proceeding under the Justices Act 1886 , section 39 ;
an order that the commission retain the thing until it is dealt with according to law.
A thing that is forfeited under an order under this Act becomes the property of the State.

(sec.115-ssec.2) A thing that is forfeited under an order under this Act becomes the property of the State.
