### sec.93 Liability for damage
The State is liable for any damage or loss sustained by anyone in a participating State that is caused by the act or omission of a prisoner, or a person escorting the prisoner, while in the participating State because of an interstate leave permit.
Nothing in this section affects or limits any right of action the State may have against the prisoner or person for the damage or loss.
