### sec.92 Notice to participating State
On the granting of an interstate leave permit, the chief executive must give written notice of the issue, and period, of the permit to—
the corresponding chief executive and chief officer of police of the participating State; and
the chief officer of police of any other State through which the prisoner is to travel to reach the participating State.
In this section—
corresponding chief executive , of a participating State, means the officer responsible for the administration of corrective services in that State.
(sec.92-ssec.1) On the granting of an interstate leave permit, the chief executive must give written notice of the issue, and period, of the permit to— the corresponding chief executive and chief officer of police of the participating State; and the chief officer of police of any other State through which the prisoner is to travel to reach the participating State.
(sec.92-ssec.2) In this section— corresponding chief executive , of a participating State, means the officer responsible for the administration of corrective services in that State.
- (a) the corresponding chief executive and chief officer of police of the participating State; and
- (b) the chief officer of police of any other State through which the prisoner is to travel to reach the participating State.
