### sec.64 Health examination
If a maximum security order is made for a prisoner, a health practitioner must examine the prisoner for any health concerns—
as soon as practicable after the order takes effect; and
subsequently, at intervals of not more than 28 days (to the greatest practicable extent) for the duration of the order; and
as soon as practicable after the order ceases to have effect.

- (a) as soon as practicable after the order takes effect; and
