### sec.63A Suspension of maximum security order
This section applies if a prisoner subject to a maximum security order is transferred to another place and lawfully given into another person’s custody.
See, for example, section 68 (5) .
The maximum security order is suspended while the prisoner is in the other person’s custody.
The suspension ends when the prisoner returns to the chief executive’s custody.
Within 7 days after the prisoner returns to the corrective services facility, the chief executive must review the maximum security order and confirm, amend or cancel it.

(sec.63A-ssec.1) This section applies if a prisoner subject to a maximum security order is transferred to another place and lawfully given into another person’s custody. See, for example, section 68 (5) .
(sec.63A-ssec.2) The maximum security order is suspended while the prisoner is in the other person’s custody.
(sec.63A-ssec.3) The suspension ends when the prisoner returns to the chief executive’s custody.
(sec.63A-ssec.4) Within 7 days after the prisoner returns to the corrective services facility, the chief executive must review the maximum security order and confirm, amend or cancel it.
