### sec.447 Declaration of emergency This section applies if, before the commencement— the chief executive declared an emergency exists in relation to a prison under previous section 192 (the previous declaration ); and the previous declaration had not lapsed or been revoked. The previous declaration— continues in force according to its terms; and is taken to have been made under section 268.
