### sec.446 Monitoring devices If, before the commencement, the chief executive required an offender to wear a device under previous section 191 and the requirement continued to have effect immediately before the commencement, the requirement— continues in force according to its terms; and is taken to have been made under section 267. - (a) continues in force according to its terms; and - (b) is taken to have been made under section 267.
