### sec.442 Powers of corrections board to require attendance
This section applies if, before the commencement—
a corrections board issued an attendance notice under previous section 182 (the previous attendance notice ); and
the time stated in the previous attendance notice as the stated time for a person to attend a board meeting to give relevant information, or to produce a stated document, has not ended.
The previous attendance notice—
continues in force according to its terms; and
is taken to be an attendance notice given by the replacement board under section 242.
(sec.442-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement— a corrections board issued an attendance notice under previous section 182 (the previous attendance notice ); and the time stated in the previous attendance notice as the stated time for a person to attend a board meeting to give relevant information, or to produce a stated document, has not ended.
(sec.442-ssec.2) The previous attendance notice— continues in force according to its terms; and is taken to be an attendance notice given by the replacement board under section 242.
- (a) a corrections board issued an attendance notice under previous section 182 (the previous attendance notice ); and
- (b) the time stated in the previous attendance notice as the stated time for a person to attend a board meeting to give relevant information, or to produce a stated document, has not ended.
- (a) continues in force according to its terms; and
- (b) is taken to be an attendance notice given by the replacement board under section 242.
