### sec.441 Annual report of existing regional board This section applies if the annual report for an existing regional board for the financial year ending 30 June 2006 has not been given under previous section 180 before the commencement. The replacement board must give the report to the Queensland board on or before 30 September 2006. For subsection (2), the person who was the president of the existing regional board must give help to the replacement board.
