### sec.375 Existing order for personal searching whenever prisoner leaves part of secure facility This section applies to an order given under previous section 26(1) in relation to a part of a secure facility if the order was in force immediately before the commencement. The order is taken to be an order given by the chief executive under section 34(1) in relation to the part of the secure facility.
