### sec.344E Issue of identity card
The chief executive must issue an identity card to each drug control officer.
The identity card must—
contain a recent photo of the drug control officer; and
contain a copy of the drug control officer’s signature; and
identify the person as a drug control officer under this part; and
state an expiry date for the card.
This section does not prevent the issue of a single identity card to a person for this Act and for other purposes.

(sec.344E-ssec.1) The chief executive must issue an identity card to each drug control officer.
(sec.344E-ssec.2) The identity card must— contain a recent photo of the drug control officer; and contain a copy of the drug control officer’s signature; and identify the person as a drug control officer under this part; and state an expiry date for the card.
