### sec.344D Appointment conditions A drug control officer holds office on any conditions stated in— the drug control officer’s instrument of appointment; or a signed notice given to the drug control officer; or a regulation. The instrument of appointment, a signed notice given to the drug control officer or a regulation may limit the drug control officer’s powers under this part.
