### sec.331 Relevant person must disclose changes in criminal history
If there is a change in the criminal history of a relevant person, the person must immediately disclose the details of the change to the chief executive.
For a relevant person who does not have a criminal history, there is taken to be a change in the person’s criminal history if the person acquires a criminal history.
(sec.331-ssec.1) If there is a change in the criminal history of a relevant person, the person must immediately disclose the details of the change to the chief executive.
(sec.331-ssec.2) For a relevant person who does not have a criminal history, there is taken to be a change in the person’s criminal history if the person acquires a criminal history.
