### sec.305 Inspectors’ reports
The inspectors appointed to investigate an incident, or alleged misconduct or alleged corrupt conduct of a staff member, must give a written report to the chief executive stating the result of the investigation and any recommendations.
An inspector appointed to carry out an inspection, or to conduct a review, mentioned in section 294 (2) must give a written report to the chief executive stating the result of the inspection or review and any recommendations.
If the report states the result of a review mentioned in section 294 (2) (f) , the chief executive must give a copy of the report to the proper officer of the court to whom the services subject to the review were provided.
