### sec.28H Limited liability of persons holding artwork on behalf of prisoner If the prisoner gives the artwork to a person under section 28C , the person is not liable for— loss of the artwork; or damage to the artwork, other than deliberate damage to it by the person. If the prisoner gives the artwork to the State under section 28D , the State is not liable for loss of, or damage to, the artwork while it is in the State’s possession. s 28H ins 2009 No. 30 s 7 (sec.28H-ssec.1) If the prisoner gives the artwork to a person under section 28C , the person is not liable for— loss of the artwork; or damage to the artwork, other than deliberate damage to it by the person. (sec.28H-ssec.2) If the prisoner gives the artwork to the State under section 28D , the State is not liable for loss of, or damage to, the artwork while it is in the State’s possession. - (a) loss of the artwork; or - (b) damage to the artwork, other than deliberate damage to it by the person.
