### sec.271 Delegation of functions of chief executive The chief executive may delegate to an appropriately qualified person (the delegate ) a function of the chief executive under this Act, other than section 271B(3), 306F (1) or 306K (1) . The delegation may permit the delegate to subdelegate the delegated function to an appropriately qualified person.
