### sec.190 Applying for leave to appear before parole board An application for leave to appear before the parole board must be made in the approved form to the board. The secretariat must tell the prisoner of— the board’s decision on the application; and if the board grants the leave—the time and place at which the prisoner or the prisoner’s agent may appear before the board. s 190 amd 2017 No. 15 s 24 sch 1 (sec.190-ssec.1) An application for leave to appear before the parole board must be made in the approved form to the board.
