### sec.59 Application of regulations
The regulations in force, immediately before the repeal of the ASIC Act , under section 251 of that Act—
apply as regulations in force for the purposes of the ASIC Law of Queensland; and
as so applying, may be referred to as the ASIC Regulations of Queensland.
