### sec.58 Application in Queensland of the ASIC Act
The ASIC Act as in force immediately before its repeal, other than the excluded provisions—
applies as a law of Queensland; and
as so applying, may be referred to as the ASIC Law of Queensland.
The excluded provisions of the ASIC Act are—

part 5
part 6
division 1 of part 7
part 8
part 9
division 1 of part 10
division 1 of part 11
part 12

sections 251 and 252 .

(sec.58-ssec.1) The ASIC Act as in force immediately before its repeal, other than the excluded provisions— applies as a law of Queensland; and as so applying, may be referred to as the ASIC Law of Queensland.
(sec.58-ssec.2) The excluded provisions of the ASIC Act are— part 1 , except section 6A part 2 section 88 divisions 1 and 4 of part 4 part 5 part 6 division 1 of part 7 part 8 part 9 division 1 of part 10 division 1 of part 11 part 12 part 14 sections 251 and 252 .
- (a) applies as a law of Queensland; and
- (b) as so applying, may be referred to as the ASIC Law of Queensland.
