### sec.47 Exercise of jurisdiction pursuant to cross-vesting provisions
A court of Queensland may—
exercise jurisdiction (whether original or appellate) conferred on it by a law of another State or the Capital Territory corresponding to this division with respect to matters arising under the Corporations Law of that State or Territory; and
hear and determine a proceeding transferred to it under such a provision.
