### sec.46 Courts to act in aid of each other
All courts having jurisdiction in civil matters arising under the Corporations Law of Queensland, or in matters referred to in section 42 (1A) , and the officers of, or under the control of, those courts must severally act in aid of, and be auxiliary to, each other in all such matters.
