108 Forfeited property—powers of public trustee and
guardian
(1) The public trustee and guardian may take any steps that are necessary
or desirable to vest forfeited property in the Territory and to bring it
under the public trustee and guardian’s control.
1 the giving notice of, or otherwise taking action to protect, the Territory’s
equitable interest in forfeited property
2 registering a caveat over forfeited property
3 obtaining registration of an interest in forfeited property on behalf of the
Territory (including signing an instrument of transfer)

guardian under this Act in relation to the forfeited property.
