### sec.64 Owner of land and builder jointly liable If a coastal protection or tidal works notice is served on both the owner of land and the person responsible for works on the land or for the maintenance of them, they are jointly and severally bound by the requirements of the notice. In this section— owner of land includes the occupier of the land.
